🐾 Grooming Refund Policy

Grooming services are non-refundable once completed.
If you are not satisfied, please notify us at pickup or within 24 hours of your appointment.
We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment or touch-up within 48 hours, provided the pet’s coat condition has not changed.
Refunds will not be issued due to personal preference once the service has been completed.
No refunds for:
- Matted coats requiring additional work
- Behavior-related outcomes (movement, stress, or safety limitations)
- Services stopped early for the pet’s safety or comfort

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service price.

If a groom cannot be completed due to aggression, stress, or health concerns, charges will apply for time and services already performed.
